Add node-webcam library when user goes to protected

• Input a image whenever user tries to visit the protected route

(For reference, in future we will send this image to the python script and get the %age match from the profile image)

• Now since a user profile picture is also required, create a image upload in register form that specially mentions that this image will be used later to verify the authenticity of the user, so make sure face matches
