bug in the chemistry routine setup: when determining lastchem (?), there can be an out-of-bounds access.
This was probably introduced with the tracer manager, i.e. not present in the 4.4 release.

To check: does chemistry work if the reactive scalars are not consecutive? Scalar order is not easily controlled anymore with the manager.
