Citation and Giving Credit

Hi Dasm team,

I've built a webassembly version of dasm for use on my online atari 2600 ide. I want to make sure I've given sufficient credit, and see if I should modify the output in anyway so people send the complaints to the right person. If you want I would be willing to contribute my changes to the makefile to enable webassembly.
