Retrieval Bot - Bitswap Integration/e2e test

Description: We should make an automated e2e test of the Spade retrieval bot, spin up a local ipfs node, do a retrieval test against it, and verify that the output works correctly. Also verify the failure case too. This will make our RB code more robust as we can regression test before deploying changes.
