[BUG] Different branch caches loaded in different instances of prod mixer?

I'd seen and reported it earlier (I forget if I had a bug), and thought it was fixed... but still seeing it.

$ ./prod_bt_groups.sh branch
dcbranch_2022_03_17_16_22_17
$ ./prod_bt_groups.sh branch
dcbranch_2022_03_14_16_17_42
$ ./prod_bt_groups.sh branch
dcbranch_2022_03_15_16_16_03

Note that the canonical file on GCS has what we might expect on March 24th dcbranch_2022_03_24_16_17_30
