There are a handful of PRs against the census package that need attention from a maintainer. https://github.com/datamade/census/pulls

it would be great to adjust that package so that it pulled metadata about what was fetchable from the census API instead of it being hardcoded by maintainers. https://www.census.gov/data/developers/updates/new-discovery-tool.html
