Feature Request: Add Playback with Time Control

I'd like to suggest adding a playback feature to Restreamer, allowing users to rewind the stream up to a configurable time (e.g., 1 hour or 1 day earlier).

It would also be useful to implement JWT-based access control to playback stream.
Then users would also be able to speed control (e.g., 2x) in the web player.

If this feature isn’t planned, what would be the options to implement it externally, or integrate with restreamer in any way? Perhaps by using an additional Docker container with FFmpeg for recording and playback management?
