Question regarding playlist related to issue 384

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
So i still exploring this project and found it's already awesome at this time, but i realize that restreamer could not create a playlist at this time

Describe the solution you'd like
Able to upload multiple file and play it in a loop based on uploaded file

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could not find any alternative other than merge video before uploaded to restreamer
