Ubuntu 20.04: --no-build gives error

When running the docker-compose up -d --no-build command I get:

ERROR: Service 'zero-ui' needs to be built, but --no-build was passed.

But if I leave off --no-build I get:

ERROR: Cannot locate specified Dockerfile: ./docker/zero-ui/Dockerfile

[n9yty]

Sorry, I removed images and re-pulled and now it is not giving that. Weird.
