Section CategoryList doesn't scroll on desktop with a mouse.

It is not possible to scroll category list on my desktop.

I am not able to scroll elements because it doesn't show a scroll bar or my mouse don't apply the touch event to the scroll when holding it.

This is only an issue when I am not using my touchpad (mac).
