Hello,

Thank you for developing this package - it is really great.

Is adding a directionality for a links file supported? I envision this could be plotted with an arrow (with an arrowhead) going from one region to another.

Hi,
For the moment it is not supported.
What would be your input? BED or BEDPE?

Hello, It would be BEDPE, basically the same format as the current links file
