Voice message playback position out of sync after switching profiles

Expected behavior

The voice message playback position is synced between the global player and the original message.

Actual behavior

Global player and original message playback position are not in sync.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Play voice message, switch profile (global player tracks actual playback position), switch back and look at the voice message playback position in the original message. It is not synced to the global player and starts from 0.

This is not only about switching between accounts but also between chats, i.e. every time the message gets re-rendered.

I also have some issue on v2.48.0 where the audio seeking/position sync visually only works in one direction as you can see in this recording.

• seeking in message updates global player position
• but not the other way around, seeking in global player does not update position in voice message.

This issue seems related, but if it is not, feel free to move this comment into its own issue (unless its solved already on the unreleased next version).

Well, yeah, as the comment on the code says only the paused state is synchronized.

Do you consider this important?
