Update hierarchy example
Expand [[dendron.tutorial]] opening to include blurb about different ways dendronites use Dendron (potentially add the root/README, and note ref?)
Update Show Preview for other methods of opening (include using the button, and also right-click). Also include that it works with any Markdown file, not just Dendron notes.
Lookup: Should include tab autocomplete
Links: Should include tab autocomplete for headers
Conclusions: Add link to RFCs in the Wilderness section
