DeppBot changes Gemfile for security updates

DeppBot changed the Rails version specification as part of Coursemology/coursemology2@4a2bd15. This is probably not expected, since ~> 4.2.5.2 will upgrade to 4.2.5.3, but never to 4.2.6.

Probably what is meant instead is to change to gem 'rails', '~> 4.2.0', '>= 4.2.5.2' instead.
