Granules as vector tiles

It is not efficient to return granules as geojson for visualization purposes. It would be very cool to add some vector tile endpoints that return granules as vector tiles with all the titiler-cmr query parameters. Maybe in this application or somewhere else.

I'd like to work on this. Looking at the codebase, I can see MediaType.mvt is already defined in enums.py but unused, and granules_to_feature_collection() in models.py already handles the GeoJSON conversion. Would the approach be to add a mapbox-vector-tile dependency and a new MVT endpoint to the granules router?
Happy to prototype this along with a MapLibre frontend demo showing granules rendered as vector tiles.
