feature: on follow-ups in modal, push the view down to the second question

Description

Right now, when folks ask follow ups there's no input of anything happening other than the scroll bar changing and seeing nothing happen.

So that we can give people a superior experience, make it so that the modal slots down into a view for the follow up question once the cards are returned. The generated text would then fill in (with no jitters).
