Repro:
npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector pwsh -noprofile -command c:/temp/MCPServer.ps1
The server works in VS Code fine. No problem. But doesn't work in inspector.

Btw. also Claude has some problems, probably the same as "inspector".
Tried some simple python MCP servers and the inspector works for them.
