Something involving mTxt is destroying the shell if a yell to sysop is aborted. Make sure to test a little bit more thoroughly next time; here's the screenshot showing the issue. Menu levels had led to some confusion, being as I was trying hit 'l' to logout, and then 'y' for yes to get there, so some focus should also be taken on making sure that those prompts and menus are displayed at the right time (ie issue #229).
