Create dashboard using MetricMiner to expose usage statistics publicly

Collect citation metrics but also collect a comprehensive set of resource usage metrics (e.g., via PubMed, Google Analytics and GitHub) such as number of active users, new users, engagement rate, average session duration, software forks, number of contributors, etc.

These metrics will be collected using the metricminer R package (https://hutchdatascience.org/metricminer-dashboard). Once collected they can be analyzed by geographic and temporal variables, and all results and impact data should be made publicly available through a new usage dashboard in the DGIdb user interface.
