feat: visualize the structure file and experiment data in the cli

Problem

The idea was brought up during the beamtime preparation meeting. The original issue is PDF-bl/pdfbl.sequential#29

Visualize the .cif files and .gr files before subjecting them to the refinements.

Proposed solution

1. Use available implementations and design when possible. e.g. bg_mpl_stylesheets, plot_recipe.
2. Balance the tradeoff between flexibility and simplicity. Get the solution for 70% problems.
