Address Vue's feature flags console warning

Vue issues a warning for not explicitly defining its feature flags: VUE_OPTIONS_API and VUE_PROD_DEVTOOLS

This is a common warning among Vue applications, when the best solution is found, it should be applied to other libraries that generate the same console warning.
