Can EcoTyper be used in murine tumor analysis?

Hi Team,

I'm trying to analyze the murine tumor immune microenvironment. Do you think EcoTyper is feasible to be applied in mice RNAseq data? Or after converting the murine genes to corresponding human genes, although some would not be matched, could we still use the same method?
