apt-cyg fails install - http error 404 not found?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. apt-cyg update
2. apt-cyg install openssh
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installing openssh; at least downloading the package

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
apt-cyg version 0.57

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried different mirrors, default mirror and other cygwin mirrors. all fail with 
following :

$ apt-cyg install openssh
