About The Pull Request
Adds the NO_CLIENT_COLOR appearance flag to most HUD elements, so that client color (oborin syndrome, mostly) doesn't affect their color. Held and stored items are still affected, but the HUD surrounding them is not.
Why It's Good For The Game
Colorblindness and otherwise modified vision should affect things you see, not make it hard to tell if you're in pain, if you're hungry, how much insight you have, what hand you're using... etc. These are visual representations of a character's non-vision and non-hearing senses, not something that modified vision should affect.
