Update Case Exports

Hi Dan,

I noticed that the last Case Explorer exports are dated March 1, 2023. I'm pretty sure there was a significant amount of data scraped when Case Harvester was upgraded to v2.0 in April of 2023. Is there any possibility of running a more current set of exports? Or is there some other way to generate that data directly? Thanks!

We stopped running the data scraper around March 2023 due to the MD Judiciary’s escalating tactics to prevent such scraping. However we have recently figured out some workarounds and will resume scraping again soon. I will probably post an update on the repo README at that time.
