Idea Description

Add an rtfm command to a bot thats tied to the docs. Sometimes its useful for pointing someone in the right direction like ?rtfm AbstractUser and then listing docs that reference it.

Rationale

This would speed up referencing the docs when helping someone.

Problem

This sometimes takes an ages to find the right thing. This is something other Discord servers have I believe. Generally improves the Discord experience

+1 for going a bit politer version of the acronym. "Read the fucking manual!" was considered a normal thing to say in the earlier and much more toxic version of the internet but I don't think that message aligns with our current values.
