Poor test set results

I used the provided features to run the nextqa data set, but the validation set result was 60+, but the test set result was only 21.23%. What is the problem? Are there any other settings needed?

Hi, I cannot judge the problem without additional information. 21% is near random as there are 5 options for each question..
