Unable to start rabbitmq 3.13 docker image

Hi, I am unable to start RabbitMQ 3.13 management alpine on my M3 Mac. It attempts to enable the stream_filtering but seems to stuck.

• Have you used RabbitMQ on Docker on this Mac ever before? Any version of RabbitMQ, not just 3.13
• Could you please provide the exact command you are using to start the docker container?

Hi @lukebakken , I have used RabbitMQ on Docker on this Mac before and the version is 3.12-management-alpine. The command I used to start the docker container is docker run --rm --name rabbitmq -p 15672:15672 -e RABBITMQ_SERVER_ADDITIONAL_ERL_ARGS="-rabbit log [{console,[{level,debug}]}]" rabbitmq:3.13.0-management-alpine

When I tried the following ways to start the docker, it can be started:

• docker run --rm --name rabbitmq -p 15672:15672 -e RABBITMQ_FEATURE_FLAGS=stream_update_config_command,stream_filtering rabbitmq:3.13.0-management-alpine
• docker run --rm --name rabbitmq -p 15672:15672 -e RABBITMQ_FEATURE_FLAGS=stream_filtering rabbitmq:3.13.0-management-alpine

But if I started it with more than 3 feature flags, it didn't seems to start

• docker run --rm --name rabbitmq -p 15672:15672 -e RABBITMQ_FEATURE_FLAGS=stream_update_config_command,stream_sac_coordinator_unblock_group,restart_streams,message_containers rabbitmq:3.13.0-management-alpine

This looks extremely similar to #707 (reply in thread):

Something is off with the feature flag state file. Either the node has run out of disk space or the list of files was populated with an incorrect value. We could not get enough details in #707 in order to even form a hypothesis.

Deleting the feature flag state file (or, in development environments, nuking the data directory) will help.
