I did not change anything regarding DNSMASQ_OPTS or networking in v4.10.

Are you sure it is related to v4.10?

Are you sure it is related to v4.10?

It is most likely related to new versions of packages installed by the build script. 4.9 had older dependencies than 4.10.

I don't know. It works well with 4.9 and does not work with 4.10. I tested both back and forth a lot. I'm specifically referring to the ability to reach the other Docker services by their names from Windows.

My apologies, the way to get other Docker services accessible by names is not working. #589 is what I've been using so far.

#589 (comment) to be exact. That stopped working in 4.10.
