DX: Include table names in error messages about invalid columns

I am in the process of upgrading to DBAL 4 and get error messages about column definitions I need to fix.

The hint to the column given is

Column "visibility" has invalid type

... which unfortunately might be about two dozen tables in that given project.

Can we improve DX and be more precise, including the table name in the message for example?

It looks like #7013 attempts to address a similar issue. #7256 is also relevant.
