script stops when a file not found

i have a "open http" 404 not found on a tag search.
expl.
./ccm.rb -l 500 -dt club i can only download the first 11 files.
the 12. is a 404.

so the script stops there, but there are still 213 files to download

when i download a genre, and after few downloads the script stops with this error

i have try to download from diferent ipadresses but its stop on the same file in a tag #club or other tags
