In this document, the old schema of server.json is used:

The community MCP registry went live with some schema changes, and now this information is out of date.

Latest schema is here:
https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/registry/blob/main/docs/reference/server-json/server.schema.json

The template update is tracked here.
dotnet/extensions#6788
