Rename dotnet-aspnet plugin to dotnet-aspnetcore

ASP.NET typically refers to the older .NET Framework based web framework, while ASP.NET Core is how we refer to our modern web framework. To avoid confusion and to leave open the possibility to provide skills for the older ASP.NET framework, I think we should rename the dotnet-aspnet plugin to dotnet-aspnetcore.
