Hello,

Context
Analysis of a .net472 project to be migrated to net8.0

Issue
The assistant advises to upgrade EntityFramework from 6.5.1 (latest version) to 6.4.4 (which is marked as deprecated in NuGet)

Actually also downgrades certainpackages, it doesn't just suggest it.
