Cannot submit selfie without image: cryptic error message when not submitting a photo

@unioncapitalboston I'm actually ok with people needing to submit a photo, since we've been saying "check in without a photo" for so long, get people back into the habit. what do you think?

@drenfr01 @TylerSheffels, @unioncapitalboston reminded me that with various levels of technology that we should really keep the "check in without a photo" option available

@drenfr01 I think the reason your temporary fix works is because previously the UserPhoto was not null, even though there was no actual image. Are you ok with your change being the way this works? @ballek , in the Image refactor I changed it to always say "Check In" rather than "Check In without a Photo" before uploading a photo. Do you want me to revert that change?
