Just a simple request from a Novice user.
Would just like to be able to click on my md files and they open in app.

Would also like the ability to drag a .md file onto the application and have it open it. Without this and the ability to double click a .md file and have it open in markflowy, using it on windows is more annoying than useful at the moment.
