It would be nice if closed (not "inactive", but actually closed) sessions were still shown in the "Hosts" menu, grayed out; clicking on a closed session would reopen it (in the same way that "Re-add closed session(s)" reopens all closed sessions).
I suppose for completeness' sake one would also want a "clean up closed sessions" menu item that does remove them from the list (i.e. produces the current behaviour).
