CSV entry for Cloudflare

Anyone know what to put into the CSV to use Cloudflare? The CSV is missing a bunch of DNS services... Including Google.

dnscrypt-proxy doesn't use CSV files any more, and the old CSV list is not updated any more.

See the documentation on how the current versions work.

Also, old versions of dnscrypt-proxy didn't work with Google or Cloudflare because the protocol is slightly different.

Oh, well I guess the OpenWrt package version for dnscrypt-proxy is real old then... Guess I'll have to manually install it with the releases here...

Kind of a pain...
