Multi domain req/rep

Creating an issue for this much needed outstanding feature to get some visibility.

Can we expect full multi domain support in the next release (any pointers as to when, its getting quite urgent for us given the max parallel allocation limits we run up against in iceroyx) ?

( @elBoberido we have migrated all code to waitsets so a listner impl. is not needed for us at least. )

If it's not to hairy, with some pointers, we could devote some time to this

@niclar the core team is currently quite busy with contraction work for iceoryx2 and there is not much time left for classic iceoryx.

It is not too complicated to port Client and Server to multi domain RouDi. Just have a look at these files and the commits related to them

Oh, this is an action item of #1129. Please use that issue number for commits.

FYI we have a PR coming up on this, any day, also covering the service discovery migration..
