5. Townhall Meeting
   • The meeting is set in the public Eclipse SDV calender to 10.03.2025, 13:00-14:30
   • Can we move the meeting as Mercedes colleagues can not join on this day?
   • Every TL should ensure, that everyone from his company has an invitation in the company's calender.

7. S-CORE representation during SDV Community day in Rotterdam
   • Information shared with Project Lead Circle via mail. See presentation from Members update meeting in January for further details
   • Decision who will represent S-CORE.
8. Presentation of SW Dev Process in Eclipse Process SIG
   • Proposal for blog post created. To be aligned with Alexander S.
9. Update of invitation to PL circle
   • Invitation has been updated and shared with Project Lead Circle. Old meeting needs to be deleted manually from the calendars.

  • The Town Hall meeting will be moved, it will NOT take place on 10.03.2025
  • every partner should communicate slots that would work for them for TownHall meeting for the next MarCom meeting.
  • Proposal to use Eclipse SSDV design template for the slides
  • Proposal: we work async and then merge the slides together, @b-rei will merge them together.

  • Proposal: merge the web page repository into our documentation repository and use only one repository for documentation and web page content. Proposal was accepted.
  • In the future we may split it once again, but then the design should differ considerably.

  • We need to give feedback till the beginning of the next (latest Wednesday). @johannes-esr will check with Markus Schu, whether he could join in the Rotterdam till 02.03.2025.
  • Possible candidates to present process topics: Alexander Schemmel, Markus Schu
  • We generally need someone from Communication Community (e.g. Björn) and someone from Process Community (e.g. Markus Schu)
