Description

I am a contributor and I served as a coach in the DPP & Industry Core Hub workshop during the Community Days in December 2025.
I would like to formally document some of the feedback received from participants, with the goal of improving the development and user experience of the Industry Core Hub.

Key Feedback Items

  • Improve array validation logic: currently, if an item inside an array contains required fields or constraints, the interpreter does not evaluate them properly. As a result, invalid items may be interpreted as valid. Regex interpreter Feature + Existing data Prefil #406
  • When entering a non-existent ManufacturerPartID, instead of showing it as an error, display an informational message indicating that no Catalog Part exists for that ID and that the Quick Catalog creation workflow will be triggered. Error Handling (warning, info, etc..) with more granularity at the serialized part creation. #407
  • In dynamic form sections, show the number of errors within each section (e.g., a small red counter). Review the current blue/ red field labels; a unified label such as X/Y required may provide better clarity.
  • In the Catalog Parts, Serialized Parts, and Participants views, add a search or filter bar to locate elements by name or attributes.
  • Perform tests and UI adjustments for smaller screens so that the web interface adapts properly to different device sizes.
  • Implement Update and Delete functionality for the items displayed throughout the interface.
  • In the Catalog Part details view, when an item is registered or shared, update the status dynamically without requiring the user to exit and re-enter the details page.
