Cannot View Specific Submodel JSON During Consumption

Current Behavior

Expected Behavior

The user should be able to view the submodel asset.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create and share a catalog.
2. In Discovery Services, search for the provider BPNL.
3. Select the created catalog and try to view the PartTypeInformation submodel.
4. An error occurs.

• This was a Wallet-Stub issue because it was unable to refresh the EDR in the connectors.
• Investigate why non-functional EDRs are not being removed in the PostgresConnectorManager.
• Now that all backend APIs are behind Keycloak authentication, investigate how the connector asset can support and carry this authentication mechanism.
