Error Handling (warning, info, etc..) with more granularity at the serialized part creation. #407
Description
When entering a non-existent ManufacturerPartID, instead of showing it as an error, display an informational message indicating that no Catalog Part exists for that ID and that the Quick Catalog creation workflow will be triggered.
