Improve get_faostat_data function #45

This was included and further refined when we were first playing with the package. However, I agree that having a function to download raw data from FAOSTAT might be a useful addition to our package.
I think we shouldn't rely on using packages that have strange behaviour like only working if the package is loaded with library() as opposed to just prefixing. I would start this by making our own calls to the FAOSTAT API so that we remove this dependency. Other ideas might come on the way.
The documentation for this function also needs some improvement.
