Using RFID?

Could we use RFID as a way of choosing labs/getting scores/seeing challenges?

There's a lot of information that we need to track/input (scores, multiple games, all the different labs) we need to think about how to do this.

We thought about maybe using the RFID on the arduino we could make token pieces for each lab and when you want to challenge a lab, hold up their token to the reader to choose them or to see your scores. We talked about maybe using an NFC enabled phone to do this too (might be neat) can we do this with the arduino RFID reader?
