Give user option to select release type and option to directly install this release

This is equivalent to eez-open/modular-psu-firmware#218 but in studio and not on BB3 itself. This one will work if BB3 is only connected via USB.

If #215, #216 and #217 are available, there should be a user interface on the BB3 to let the user select a check for updates on a specific release type (defined in #217). If a new release is found, user should be notified and given the option to install the update.

Nice to have would be if the URL of the releases is configurable and not pinned hard to eez-open GitHub.

Cool to see most of this is already in studio.
Suggestion regarding clear indication of the type of release. Type type could possibly be derived from a label on GitHub?
