[LVGL] Add indicator part for the dropdown widget

The LV_PART_INDICATOR on the dropdown button controls the appearance of the arrow symbol.

When replacing the default Montserrat font with a custom font that does not include LVGL symbol glyphs (e.g., FontAwesome range), the arrow is rendered as a missing glyph box.
