Remove large CAD files from repo branch

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The branch https://github.com/eic/epic/tree/SVTOB_UK/CAD contains 100 MB artifacts which are pulled in on git clone. The branch is not linked to any PR.

Describe the solution you'd like
The repo epic-data is for large artifacts. This is supposed to remain small.

FYI @Gitavan can you indicate what the plan is for this branch?

Please feel free to move the directories of GDML files to epic-data. (Or can I create a branch there and do it myself?) This branch is used to run simulations using the detailed model of the barrels and compare the geometry from different designs. I will be updating it when I have time.
