TU Braunschweig uses the V2 plug-in with on-demand classroom recordings.
Recording only begins when initiated manually by the user.
However, this local feature is currently incompatible with V3 and Stud.IP V6.
TU Braunschweig must choose one of the following options: rewrite the old code, adopt the default scheduling, or implement a new, effective solution in the Stud.IP OpenCast plugin.

I would like the option to schedule a "Record Now" in the Stud.IP course. Without utilizing and giving the user access to the full scheduling capabilities.

Given TU Braunschweig's strict philosophy, using the default scheduling might not be a good solution. However, it would be better than rewriting old code.
