Recompile gh-aw lock files after Dependabot bump.

Dependabot pinned actions/github-script to the v9 commit SHA, but gh aw compile resolves v9 to the annotated tag object SHA. Re-running the compile to restore the SHAs the compiler expects. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
